New Service Information: |

Anyone in need of new service (gas & water) must come in person to Anna City Hall and complete a utility application. The City of Anna requires the following amounts for utility deposits: GAS $175.00 and WATER $75.00. A photo ID and owner's signature is required on the application before services can be turned on or transferred into renter's name. | NOTE: As of August 1, 2006 the City of Anna has consolidated all utility bills to be printed on or around 5th of every month. Bills must be paid by 4:00 PM on the scheduled cut-off date or the utilities will be terminated. There will be no extensions! If the utilities are terminated, the previous balance and the current amount due must be paid in full plus all turn off & turn on fees that apply before the utilities can be turned back on. |

City ordinances prohibit anyone other
than authorized personnel to turn city meters off or on. If you are in
need of these services, please contact Anna City Hall at 618-833-8528.
Please remember- fines and meter repair cost may be imposed for
infractions of these procedures.
